π§ Change of Mind Policy or Trip cancelledΒ
We offer a 90-day return window for unused products, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Timeline: Request must be made within 90 days of delivery/receipt.
- Condition: eSIMs must remain unscanned/unactivated; physical products must be unredeemed.
- Fees: All "Change of Mind" refunds incur a 10% restocking and handling fee.

Exceptions may be made for unused products beyond the 90-day window at our discretion. These are subject to a minimum $5 handling fee and all General Exclusions listed above.
