  • Unactivated eSIM:

If you’ve purchased an eSIM but haven’t activated or installed it due to a change of mind or your trip gets cancelled, you will be eligible for a refund. 

  • Activated or Downloaded eSIM:

If an eSIM is activated or installed, we will still happily offer a full refund (minus a small transaction fee) as long as no data has been used.

  • Troubleshooting Process:

If you’ve downloaded the eSIM and are experiencing issues, our customer support team will guide you through a troubleshooting process. Most issues can be resolved immediately, allowing you to enjoy your eSIM fully. We encourage you to contact us as soon as problems arise to resolve them promptly. Refunds for activated or installed eSIMs will only be considered if a technical malfunction is identified during the troubleshooting process. If no malfunction is found, a refund may not be granted.

  • Timeframe for Refund Requests:

Refund requests for eSIMs that have not been activated or installed must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. For eSIMs that have been activated or installed, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after a technical malfunction is confirmed.

  • Refund Exemptions:

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Used Plan/Data: Refunds are not available if the data or plan is used.
  • Locked Devices: Your device is locked when you get overseas. We make it very clear that our eSIMs only work on unlocked devices!
  • Misunderstanding Product Features: Refunds will not be issued if the product details were not read carefully before purchase. Information on eSIM duration, data limits, and coverage is listed on our website.

 

  • Customer Support:

Our support team is available to assist you with any technical issues. We encourage customers to reach out before requesting a refund, as we can often resolve issues swiftly.
